                                                         A Cart Giveaway- The BoxEat Way !

1. Eligibility

The BoxEat.ie giveaways and competitions are open to individuals aged 18 or older. Please note that the geographical area for eligibility is specified in each Giveaway/Competitions post on our Instagram page @boxeat.ie.

2. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

• click on Join in and complete the form.

• Follow the BoxEat.ie on instagram account.

• Entries to each BoxEat.ie giveaway must be submitted by the deadline indicated on the Instagram page @boxeat.ie. 

3. Prize Details

• The prize for each giveaway is specified in the corresponding Instagram post.

• Prizes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

• BoxEat.ie reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly using a spinning wheel.

• The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the giveaway closing date.

• If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner may be selected.

• BoxEat.ie decision regarding the selection of winners is final.

5. Notification

• Winners will be contacted using the details provided during entry.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate.

6. Privacy

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to BoxEat.ie collecting and storing their personal information solely for the following purposes:

• Administering the competition.

• Contacting the winner.

• Communicating updates about BoxEat.ie activities, including promotions, product information, and BoxEat ingredient updates.
